Date Import
Our data import service is the most reasonable in the industry. Provide us with the data, in spreadsheets, or as a data dump from virtually any other program and we’ll put the data into a fresh copy of ManageWize for you for a flat fee of $480 for the first million square feet and $240 per million for space in excess of the first million.

All we need is a file with buildings, floors, rooms, square feet and we do the rest. Even better, we’ll help you map your existing space types to our space types, to get you up and running in no time. Read about our Space Inventory Measurement service below.

Space Inventory Collection (SIC)
Taking accurate space inventory measurements can be the most time consuming part of getting your software up and running to its full potential. Our professional measuring service makes this vital step totally pain free. Our 2 person teams not only carefully measure any and all spaces you want to manage, but also assign the correct space classification, floor types and departments, as well as inventorying any and all surfaces and content that will be included in workloading the cleaning tasks. Our team then enter this necessary date into your software for you. Our charge for measuring, inventorying and data entry varies depending on how complex your spaces are. Our typical charges range from about $500 To $2000 per 100,000 SF (physical at .018/SF plus migration fees) plus any travel and out of pocket expense.
