Jump Start Program
Our Jump Start Program is a combination of software setup and training. This program is for those who already have excellent computer skills and can do most of the actual setup themselves but would like to optimize their configuration and overall use of the ManageWize. This program does not have the same depth as our "On Location Training."

On Location Training
Our professional and experienced instructors travel to your facility and provide one-on-one training in the use of the ManageWize software. We recommend 3 - 5 day training program. The length of the program will depend on the present skill level of those who will be using the software and the complexity of your facilities management needs. A prerequisite before training can begin is that the ManageWize software must be fully installed and all management data must already be entered in the program. The users must have at least read the user manual that is included in with the software.

Remote Training (Webinars)
We recommend remote training for those who already good basic computer skills and at least a good working knowledge the ManageWize software. You must also allow us to connect remotely to the computer that the ManageWize program is all ready installed on. Training takes place via online control of the ManageWize software, and if needed, telephone conferencing. This service is especially suited for those clients that require assistance in optimizing their configuration and use of ManageWize, but do not require full implementation services,

ManageWize User Seminars
If you prefer you can schedule to attend one of our ManageWize User Seminars. The seminars are an excellent way to keep up-to-date with the best practice of using the software and facilities management. It is not just limited to software training.
