We work closely with our clients to ensure a seamless and efficient implementation process tailored to their individual needs. A comprehensive assessment of the requirements and scope of the project enables us to provide a realistic timeline and deliver a successful implementation within the specified timeframe.

Most large and enterprise-level operations, due to the sensitive nature of their facilities, adhere to very strict IT risk management protocols designed to mitigate potential threats. The exposure of detailed information about their facilities on the web is deemed to present an unacceptable level of risk. However, an optional cloud-based module is currently in development with the aim of facilitating work assignment management and the generation of work orders via the web.

Yes. The software is designed to operate independently from the cloud, ensuring that your valuable data remains stored directly on your computer or server at all times. This means that you retain full authority and sole ownership over your data, providing you with a sense of security and control that is vital in today's digital world.

"The Cleaning System" is not your average cleaning management tool. Unlike standard CRMs, route schedulers, or consumables trackers, "The Cleaning System" delves deep into the inner workings of cleaning operations, delivering tangible returns on investment. It zeroes in on labor, FTE, production rates, quality control, and data analysis, eliminating guesswork from your cleaning budget. Database(s): When it comes to importing data, you have the option to use the Excel Spreadsheet Template for small databases on your own. However, for larger enterprise databases, entrusting us with the task is highly recommended. Please note that the price for importing data is not included in the software's price, but we're more than happy to provide you with a quote.
Drawings: The process of importing drawings involves utilizing available CAD Drawings with a closed Polygon Layer, which are then transformed into our software's proprietary format and subsequently linked to the spaces in the database. For smaller single locations, you also have the flexibility to create your own drawings using our software's drawing tools. In addition, these drawing tools can be used to edit the drawings at your discretion. However, for large and very large databases, we strongly encourage you to leverage our expertise for this task. Please be aware that this service is not included in the price of the software, and we will provide you with a quote upon request.

Without an annual maintenance agreement, no other services are accessible.

Absolutely, our only request is that you take a little time out of your day to participate in a complimentary, one-on-one online demonstration tailored specifically to your needs. Following the demonstration, if you find that the software aligns with your operational requirements, we will be more than happy to provide you with a trial version to use at your convenience for a generous period of 90 days. We want to emphasize that there is absolutely no pressure or commitment to make a purchase. During the trial period, the software is fully operational with the exception of the printing feature, and it comes equipped with a preloaded sample database and interactive drawings to facilitate your evaluation. At the conclusion of the 90-day trial, the software will require a license code for continued access and to enjoy all the benefits of the latest updates.
