The Calculation Module is equipped with a comprehensive collection of reliable industry-standard time benchmarks along with our proprietary benchmarks derived from over 37 years of industry experience and research. These benchmarks adhere to the ISSA standards and are readily available for use. Furthermore, users have the option to utilize the APPA standard or establish their own benchmarks. These benchmarks play a crucial role in dynamically computing times and production rates for various parameters such as rooms, floors, buildings, customers, departments, locations, sites, and work assignments.

By drawing data from Dynamic Room models, space inventory, tasks, frequencies, floor types, quality profiles, service profiles, as well as item counts, the software performs calculations to determine the time required for cleaning the "cleanable" space and the corresponding square footage that can be cleaned within that timeframe. Moreover, it outlines the requisite number of Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs) for each specific space, floor, building, and site.

The Core Module is an essential component of the system, encompassing a vast array of critical elements including Space Inventory, Parameters, Task Sets, Service and Frequency Profiles, Time Benchmarks, Area-Types, Floor-Types, Machine-Types and Methods, Plan-Types and Work-Types, Personnel Directory, Space Addresses and Space Contacts. Moreover, it includes System, Customers, Users, and Admin Settings, enabling the creation and management of user passwords and permissions. While the other Modules are optional, they seamlessly interact with each other through the Core Module, which serves as the foundational requirement for operations. In addition to providing comprehensive readouts from all other modules, the Core Module facilitates import/export and printing, enabling users to effortlessly view and print work plans from the Planning Module and drawings from the Measuring Module.
