Our comprehensive basic training encompasses detailed guidance on the functions and utilization of each module. For instance, in the Measuring Module, we ensure that you are adept at utilizing the built-in drawing tools so that you can proficiently create and edit space in the interactive floor plan drawings to meet your precise requirements.


Software Technical
Support and Updates

Any issues related to the software’s functionality are fully resolved in a timely manner, ensuring that your experience with the software is seamless and uninterrupted. You are provided with the very latest version of the software upon installation, and you will continue to receive any update releases to ensure that you have access to the most cutting-edge features and improvements. After the first 90 days of use, you have the option to purchase an annual maintenance agreement, offering you long-term support and peace of mind for your software usage.

Optional Concierge Support Services Subscription

No more calling into a generic customer support call center. You have a personal support concierge at your service, ensuring you receive dedicated assistance tailored to your needs. This comprehensive support package includes unlimited software updates, upgrades, and technical support related to the software functionality. Moreover, you'll benefit from up to 10 hours per month to utilize across a wide range of support services. It's important to note that any support services beyond the initial 10 hours will be billed separately, and additional time blocks beyond 10 hours are readily available to accommodate your requirements.

  • To get the full potential, and most benefit of the software we highly recommend that you subscribe to ongoing consultation and continuing personalized training for your software administer and users. We focus on “best practice” in the use of each module.

  • To maximize the benefits and unlock the full potential of the software, we highly recommend subscribing to ongoing consultation and personalized training. This will ensure that your software administrators and users are equipped with the knowledge of best practices for utilizing each module effectively.

  • A virtual copy of your facility(s) is meticulously crafted by importing your comprehensive space inventory, fixtures, and furnishings, encompassing everything from soap dispensers to tables, chairs, desks, and more. Should you expand your spaces, erect new buildings, or establish fresh sites, the requisite data must be meticulously imported via a “csv” file. While it's possible to undertake this task independently, we strongly advocate entrusting this crucial process to us, given the exacting precision demanded by the import requirements.

  • The interactive and dynamic visual user interface is meticulously crafted by importing detailed cad drawings, which undergo a seamless conversion process to the software’s proprietary format. Subsequently, every individual drawing is intricately linked to the underlying database, ensuring a sophisticated and efficient system architecture.

  • As your existing spaces, rooms, floors, and buildings undergo changes due to evolving needs or expansion plans, the digital drawings in the software must promptly mirror these transformations. To ensure that the visual representations remain accurate and up-to-date, our built-in drawing tools empower seamless additions or edits to be made with precision and efficiency, allowing for a seamless transition from conception to realization.

  • The software is equipped with a variety of pre-designed templates, specifically tailored for creating Job Cards and facilitating Work Assignments. In addition to these templates, we have the capability to develop personalized Job Cards and Work Assignments to precisely meet your unique requirements.

  • The Cleaning System is equipped with an extensive array of statistical and analytical reports to cater to diverse business needs. However, if you find yourself requiring a specific report that is not readily available within the software, no worries. By investing in the optional "Reports Module," you grant us the opportunity to craft and seamlessly integrate tailor-made report documents to meet your unique operational requirements.

  • You have the capability to export the majority of the data points from the database in a CSV file format. Once exported, you can seamlessly import it into Excel, Power Query, and Power BI. This function allows for a more comprehensive analysis of every facet of your facilities' cleaning operation and labor. Moreover, we have the capacity to construct highly sophisticated Excel analytical tools tailored to your specific needs.
